In person delegate fee: $300/person
Invoices will be sent on June 10 and payment can be made through cheque on arrival or EFT.

The Comfort Inn and Suites will provide accommodations. Located in downtown Edmonton blocks away from both the Legislature and ASEC home office

The Board Retreat will be simultaneously broadcast on Discord in addition to the live service provided in Edmonton. It is highly recommended that you attend this event in person, however, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way.
